Ahh, my little brewery under the Redwoods...

Hot and Cold running water, SS sink...

Drying area, closed cabinets, my plastic - conical fermenter, now replace by a new temperature controlled SS conical (see below).

The floor in here is concrete, and slopes to a drain in the middle.  I can hose the place down for cleaning!

To the left is a roller mill I built (twice!). The motor is hidden behind the chute.  It has 2” knurled rollers, the gap is adjustable, and it can grind 3 lbs (hopper capacity) in about 30 seconds.

Below is my third attempt at a brewing stove.  It has two 130 BTU propane burners, and closes up for storage.  The fill tube has built-in water filters, including a by-passable metal filter (sometimes needed here in Boulder Creek).  The pump is not mounted, and can be moved to where it is needed.

Here are 3 views of my new insulated Stainless Steel cylindro-conical fermenter with electronic temperature control. You can see the controller on the bottom left picture.

The fermenter has short legs, which I have secured to a small (18” high, 19” square) table.  The table has a food-grade plastic top, and wheels.

The fermenter is made by “More Flavor”, and uses a Peltier cooler with heat sink and fan for cooling, plus a wraparound fermenter heater for heating. The temperature probe enters through the top, and is contained in a SS sheath.  It uses 1.5” clover fittings for both ports.

This is its first use, so more notes on how well it works later. For now, I can say it maintains temperature very nicely.
